- Allotment Fee’s (please enter your plot number as your reference)
- Allotment waiting list registration (please use the reference Allotment followed by your surname as the reference, eg. Allotment Smith)
- Short term Mooring Fee’s (please use the reference Moorings followed by the vessel name eg. Moorings The Boat)
- Long term / Winter Mooring Fee’s (please use your invoice number as the reference number)
- Hanging Basket or Floral Display Sponsorship (please use your invoice number as the reference number)
- Castle Yard Car Parking Fee’s (please use your invoice number as the reference number)
- Venue Hire Deposit and Event Bookings (please use your invoice number as the reference number)
- Any other payments or invoices (please use your invoice number or use a reference so we can identify your payment)

Please enter your details, as they appear on your invoice, and check carefully before clicking Pay Now.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of your booking. Please view your hirer’s information pack and get in touch if you have any questions. Where a refund is agreed, this will be processed within 30 days.
