188/21.ELECTION OF A VICE CHAIRMAN
To elect a Vice Chairman for the 2021-2022 Municipal Year
RESOLUTION REQUIRED
It was proposed by Councillor Kidley, seconded by Councillor Lester and RESOLVED THAT Councillor Keats- Rohan is elected Vice-Chair for the 2021-2022 Municipal Year
189/21.TO ADVISE THOSE IN ATTENDANCE OF THE PROTOCOL FOR THE MEETING
Members noted the protocol for the meeting

To resolve that the minutes from the meeting of the Personnel Committee on the 5th July 2021 are a true and accurate record of that meeting, and authorise the Chairman to sign them as such
It was proposed by Councillor Whelan, seconded by Councillor Lester and RESOLVED THAT the minutes from the meeting of the Personnel Committee on the 5th July 2021 are a true and accurate record of that meeting, and that the Chairman is authorised to sign them as such
193/21.PUBLIC PARTICIPATION – NOTIFIED AND IMPROMPTU (15 MINUTES IN TOTAL)
Councillor Nigel Hughes attended this Committee meeting as Chairman of the Tourism and Economic Development Committee and recommended that the Tourism Officer role be “reinstated if possible”
194/21.EXCLUSION OF PRESS AND PUBLIC
It was here that Councillor Hughes left the meeting
It was proposed by Mayor Councillor Harris, seconded by Councillor Lester and RESOLVED THAT members of the public shall be excluded from the this meeting
