The Committee considered the minutes of their last meeting.
It was proposed by Councillor Kidley, and seconded by Councillor Whelan, and RESOLVED that the minutes of the meeting of the Planning Committee held on 4th May 2022 are a true record, and the Chairman is authorised to sign them.

The Committee considered feedback from the South Oxfordshire District Council (SODC) on the names for new street names they had submitted and a request for further names.
It was proposed by Councillor Hendrie, and seconded by Councillor Whelan, and RESOLVED that the following names be submitted:
- Atkins Drive
- James Hayllar
- Dunlop Leslie
- Platinum Way
It was proposed by Councillor Hughes, and seconded by Councillor Whelan, and RESOLVED that the names of the deceased founders of Bunkfest be added to the list of potential street names
Action: Office to resubmit names to SODC and add names to master list
