Tai Chi for the Over 50s
Over 50s Tai Chi – Gentle exercises to improve flexibility, mobility, balance, posture, muscle strength, bone density, blood circulation, lung functioning, and much more besides. It is meditation in movement, calming and strengthening the mind, the perfect antidote to stress.
Time: Tuesday Afternoons 2 – 3 pm.
