Market (VAT Exempt)
Charter Market – £1.60 per foot frontage (minimum charge £16.00) per stall, per week.
Independent /Local Producers / Country Markets – £12 per stall
Costa Coffee (£100.00) per week for a period of 6 months
Weddings in the Town Hall
- Two-hour wedding at £475 plus VAT
Additional costs above a 2 hour wedding:
- Reception –Additional Hire Cost £250 plus VAT
If Canapés are required in addition to the above – Please contact our Events Manager to discuss further.
Other Events in the Town Hall
Minimum hire charge up to three hours.
Main Chamber : £295.00 plus VAT. Additional hour £50.00 plus VAT per hour.
Committee Room : £250.00 plus VAT. Additional hour £30.00 plus VAT per hour.
Plus £15 per hour, per additional members of staff.
Concessional hire charge rate :

£30.00 plus VAT flat rate charge per hour.
Minimum hire charge 2 hours.
