To resolve that the minutes from the Planning Committee meeting on the 11th April 2022 as set out on pages 216 to 223 of the minute book are a true record of the meeting and authorise the Chairman to sign them (previously circulated to Members)

From Wallingford Town Council’s Standing Orders:

E) Members of the public may make representations, answer questions and give evidence at a meeting which they are entitled to attend in respect of the business on the agenda.

6.         NEW STREET NAME SUGGESTIONS FOR PHASE 3 OF DEVELOPMENT OF CALVIN THOMAS WAY

Members to discuss whether they would like to continue the Wallingford Castle street name theme for phase 3 or, whether they would like to choose a different theme or just suggest 6 new road names for phase 3.
