8          PRE-APPLICATION DISCUSSIONS

The architects LAPD would like to give a presentation of plans for 7 St Mary’s Street, the building being used by Champion’s.

They understand the Committee’s recently-updated protocols regarding pre-application discussions and have committed to comply with those conditions.  They have sought pre-application advice from SODC.
