To resolve that the minutes from the meeting of the Finance and Properties Committee held on the 20th September 2021 as set out on pages 78-82 in the minute book are a true and accurate record of that meeting, and authorise the Chairman to sign them

Subject to standing order 3(F) above, a member of the public shall not speak for more than10 minutes.
