8 CORONATION OF KING CHARLES III – TOWN EVENTS
To continue the development of the activity programme to mark the Coronation of King Charles III to align with the steer from Buckingham Palace. The Civic and Ceremonial Working Party has already initiated some work on this.
The Parks, Gardens, Allotments and Open Spaces Committee are also considering looking at an art installation to commemorate the Coronation.
9 CARNIVAL 2023
To consider whether the Community, Business and Tourism Development Officer should support the Carnival Committee and what form that support show take given their other priorities, including a request from the Carnival Committee for the Town Council’s insurance to cover their event

10 BAND CONCERTS 2023
To receive an update from the Community, Business and Tourism Development Officer on the 2023 programme
11 CINEMA EVENT IN CASTLE GARDENS
To consider an idea of Councillor Whelan for a cinema event in the Castle Gardens. Funding may be available for the Council to run this, rather than through a third party
12 MIKRON THEATRE COMPANY
To consider an idea of Councillor Whelan for a future event with the Mikron Theatre at the Riverside in Wallingford, almost certainly in 2024
13 INFORMATION BOARDS – STRATEGY
To start developing a strategy for the update of information boards across the Town during 2023 using Public Arts funding. This matter has been referred by the Full Council
