We welcome members of the public at our meetings.  A total of 15 minutes has been set aside for this.  The maximum length for an individual contribution is at the discretion of the Chairman.

From our contact with Cash Access UK, the umbrella initiative for banking hubs, we believe that Wallingford would not qualify whilst a branch of Nationwide and the current number of automated teller machines (ATMs) remain.

16     Public Works Loan

To consider securing a Public Works Loan for the Town Hall

To consider the outstanding vacancies on Council committees and make appointments if possible

To resolve that the membership of the Planning Committee be reduced to 6 and consequently the quorum number for that committee be reduced to 3

The quorum for the Full Council is 8

The next meeting of the Full Council will be held on Monday, 21 August 2023.   The summons and agenda papers for that meeting will be issued by email on Wednesday, 16 August 2023.  Items for the agenda need to have been received by the Meetings Officer at meetings@wallingfordtowncouncil.gov.uk by 9 August 2023.
