Grants Support Officer

 

Salary: SCP24 (currently £29,174), 37 hours per week

Six month initial contract, extendable after a three month review with clear deliverables.

Wallingford Town Council are looking to recruit a Grants Support Officer to raise and obtain funds for Wallingford Town Council to ensure the renovation of the Wallingford Town Hall, the rebuilding of the Regal, funding of the Pavilion and other work required for the Bull Croft regeneration, along with any future projects within the town.

The post holder will be required to investigate all grant and funding opportunities available to the Council and the Town, review and manage Section 106 and CIL money to determine how best to use it within Council and for the good of the community and liaise with third-party advisors that council deems as necessary to secure a successful bid.

Relevant experience in this field is essential for this important role.

The role is full time, 37 hours per week flexible.

This role will be reviewed on a 3 monthly basis.
