Temporary Traffic Order – Wallingford – The Street, Carriageway Resurfacing

When : Friday 29th July 2022 and expected to last for 2 consecutive nights (subject to any bad weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances during construction) (2 overnight full road closures from 7pm – 6am.

Works to be carried out : Ironwork adjustments, the resurfacing of the existing carriageway and the recutting of all traffic loops, following which all existing and legal road markings and lines will be reinstated.

Area Closed : The Street in Wallingford between the junctions with Jethro Tull Gardens and Thames Street which includes the entirety of the Wallingford Bridge.

Exceptions : Access to all properties and businesses along The Street will be affected by the works and restricted between the hours of 7pm and 6am, although we will endeavor to accommodate individual specific requirements in an emergency.
